Meet MICHELLE

Michelle Mendoza is a paradox.  She is intelligent, educated and deep yet sassy, vivacious and a bit of a free spirit.  She feels a like the best friend you can always lean on and the girl that might get you both called to the principal's office.  What ever she is, she is definitely the real deal.  

Michelle has a uniquely diverse background in the entertainment and communications industry with a love of talk radio.  She has hosted programs on popular stations in the Seattle area, the U.S. and radio UK. Michelle has appeared on CNN, CBS Radio, and television news stations commenting on issues of the day from a non-judgmental faith based world view.  

Michelle has been seen on the big screen and has produced, directed and acted in film, stage and screen productions. She is a singer, song writer, musician. Michelle is a lifelong performer having played with the band Reunion and the Hawaiian ministry band and dance group Ho e’u which means to rouse!   Michelle has also danced with Hula Halau O Na Mele O Hawaii.  

Michelle was born in New Orleans, grew up primarily in Seattle and lived on the big island of Hawaii. She's been a homeschooling mom, a dance studio owner, and bee keeper. In it all Michelle has always maintained an intense involvement in local events, church and para church organizations, ministries and charities. 

Late in 2020 Michelle walked away from broadcasting solely on terrestrial radio, after being the long time host of Live From Seattle.  Going digital was a big step with a much bigger reach but exactly what Michelle and the team believed would help spread the joy and hope of the God story in the news and topics of the day.

Part of who Michelle is stems from very real life experiences, trials, and a love for the people in her life from diverse backgrounds, beliefs and faiths. Michelle has a deep joyous faith and love for in the God of the Bible.  Her relatable, quick-witted and engaging personality is why Michelle is critically acclaimed and stands out in the broadcast industry.  It is why the God story she searches for becomes so very real to all who listen.
